Toxic Rain in Bucks County, PA?

After a storm from the south on July 13, the air in Bucks County PA smelled like a used garage. After the wind shift to the NW, the air cleared, but some strange things can be seen. The brown patch is at a depression that usually pools up when it rains and is usually the greenest and most healthy. Excuse my little Kodak easy share camera, it’s the only thing I’ve got.
