getting married by a judge in pa?

I am marrying a marine and recently got engaged. We want to elope/ go to the courthouse and just get married so I can move down with him and have our ceremony in about two years. We are sick of being apart. I am wondering exactly how we go about doing this.
I heard you just show up at the courthouse and get your marriage liscense (but what section of the court house do you go to) We will be going to Doylestown in Pennsylvania.
and then you wait three days and you have to call and make an appointment with the judge?

….I’m kinda confused, if you know please help me out thanks!

Are there public running tracks in northeast philadelphia or bucks county?

I am training to run a 5k, and would like a standard quarter mile track to run on… the only tracks I know about are at schools, are those open to the public? I am not sure what my options are here, any advice appreciated. Thanks!

Cost of changing or dropping last name?

I’d like to legally drop my last name and just keep my first and middle name, I reside
in Bucks county Pennsylvania. All my documents and id’s have my middle name included, or at least the middle initial for some… but after a really toxic marriage I just want to erase the past and get rid of an abusive ex husbands last name once and for all. Any one know about how much this will cost?
